What we are
CertPrepAcademy is a free study tool for people preparing for the CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) exam. We cover all six NNAAP topic areas with 501 practice questions, full study guides, flashcards, clinical skills walkthroughs, and state-specific exam guides for all 50 states.
All of it is free. No free trial. No “first 10 questions” teaser. No account required. Your progress is saved locally in your browser so nothing is tied to a login.
Why we built it
Most exam prep is overpriced, padded with irrelevant content, or locked behind subscriptions. CNA candidates — many of whom are already working low-wage jobs while completing their training — shouldn't have to pay $50+ for a decent practice test.
We built CertPrepAcademy to fix that. One certification, done right, completely free.
Content standards
Our practice questions are written to align with the current NNAAP exam content outline published by Pearson VUE. Each question includes a full explanation of why the correct answer is right and why each incorrect option is wrong — not just an answer key.
We review content regularly. If you find an error or a question that seems outdated, please flag it — there's a “flag this question” link on every practice question page.
