1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using certprepacademy.com (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. What the Site is

CertPrepAcademy provides free practice questions, study guides, and related tools to help people prepare for third-party certification and licensing exams. Please read our Disclaimer— it’s part of these Terms and explains important limitations on what the Content is (and isn’t).

3. Accounts

Some features let you create an account to save your progress across devices. You’re responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting admin@certprepacademy.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or an account, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we believe harms the Site, other users, or third parties.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell the Content in bulk, or reproduce it on another site or product without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or use automated tools to access the Site beyond normal personal use.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate any person or entity.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any certifying body when using the Site.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site contains links to third-party sites, including affiliate links (such as Amazon product links — see our affiliate disclosure in the footer) and embedded content (such as YouTube videos). We don’t control and aren’t responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices.

6. No warranty

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. 7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CERTPREPACADEMY AND ITS OWNER(S) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY EXAM RESULT, EMPLOYMENT OUTCOME, OR REAL-WORLD DECISION MADE IN RELIANCE ON CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). BECAUSE THE SITE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, THIS LIMITATION REFLECTS THE BASIS ON WHICH WE’RE ABLE TO OFFER IT.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CertPrepAcademy and its owner(s) from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CertPrepAcademy is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
